The Prairie Access Check for Bill 208

Alberta's regional communities need a vaping policy that can be tested on the ground, not only defended in a committee room.

Seven questions Alberta should answer

1. DistanceHow far must lawful adults travel if local legal inventory is narrowed?
2. Retail visibilityWhich sellers can inspectors actually visit and hold accountable?
3. Illegal supplyWhere will demand go if legal supply no longer matches adult demand?
4. Youth sourceAre young people getting products from stores, friends, online sellers, or unlicensed sellers?
5. Tax baseDoes the rule protect public revenue or move it out of sight?
6. Regional enforcementWill inspection targets be published outside major cities?
7. Review triggerWhat result would make Alberta amend or repeal the rule?

The prairie access check is simple: if the rule cannot be enforced across Alberta, it should not be sold as a province-wide fix.
